Sebas is one my favourite characters and i wanted to know how strong he is. So sebas should be stronger than all of them. Yes, sebas undoubtedly is the strongest, as he demonstrates by causing genesis 7:17 multiple times in chapter 31 in the overlord manga.

Sebas can beat every floor guardian in a 1v1, but it is very very unlikely. Ainz didn't think sebas betrayed him, he just wanted to prove that sebas was still loyal to the other guardians, especially demiurge, who doesn't get along with sebas and was the one who questioned.
